We understand how uncertain it can be when deciding to purchase a piece of art online. That’s why we have a commitment to making it as easy as possible with a non-quibble & simple delivery and returns policy to help give you complete peace of mind.
Read TermsAll orders are despatched fully insured against damage in transit. Your artwork will also arrive in sturdy cardboard packaging.
We aim to deliver unframed orders within 7 working days, stock permitting. If we are out of stock of your item, we will contact you immediately. Please allow around 14 days for framed orders to arrive with you, subject to stock availability.
When we despatch your order, we will send you an email the day before. Don’t worry if you’re not in to receive it, our friendly couriers will leave you a message on how to contact them for re-delivery.
If you have a special delivery date you need us to work to, please get in touch, we will always do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Overseas
All international orders over £500 include FREE DELIVERY. Orders below this value will incur a small delivery charge calculated at checkout. International orders will be delivered to you in sturdy packaging and be fully insured against damage in transit.
We aim to deliver unframed international orders to you within 12 working days, stock permitting. If we are out of stock of your item, we will contact you immediately. Please allow up to 20 days for framed orders.
Returning an item
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please contact us by email at team@theartizen.co.uk explaining your reason for the return within 2 days of receiving your artwork. We will then liaise personally with you for a simple and successful return. You have 14 days to let us know that you would like to return your items. All items must be returned to the gallery within 5 working days. Bespokely framed items are not eligible to be refunded for but our team will do our best to advise you on the best choice to fit your needs. To return your item, give us a call on 01327 223418 or send an email to team@theartizen.co.uk detailing the reason of the return. The next step would be for you to organise the return of the product to our gallery in full re-saleable condition which will enable you to receive a full refund. Refunds are made within 2 days of receiving the returned item in saleable condition.
If you are reporting any damage on the item, please let us know immediately by giving us a call on 01327 223418 or send an email to team@theartizen.co.uk with pictures of the item including close ups so that our team can record the damage and investigate. Damage reports must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
We can only process a full refund if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of re-packing and returning the item will be your responsibility and we advise you to use a signed for insured courier service as you will still be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that any custom pieces cannot be refunded.
Upon receipt of the returned item in a re-saleable condition, we will process your refund within 2 days of return.
